So you are moving out of your current home and you need to clean it to put in on the market to sell. Maybe you are moving out of an apartment or a rental home and you need to make sure your security deposit is refunded. You never know how much dirt hides in forgotten places until you move out. The Super Maids of Texas will send a crew of two or three workers to get it cleaned for you.
WHAT IS COVERED ON A MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANING:
Bedrooms & Common areas:
• Clean mirrors.
• Vacuum & mop all floors.
• Dust/Wipe fans (up to 10ft high).
• Vacuum all carpets.
• Clean window (interior).
• Dust/Wipe blinds.
• Dust walls & remove cobwebs.
• Wipe light switches.
• Dust baseboards.
• Take out trash & recycling.
• Dust/Wipe doors and door handles.
Kitchen:
• Dust/Wipe and polish all counters.
• Dust/Wipe all cabinets inside and out.
• Clean oven inside/outside.
• Clean refrigerator inside/outside
• Wash and polish sink.
• Dust baseboards.
• Clean dishwasher inside/outside.
• Wipe light switches.
• Dust walls & remove cobwebs.
• Clean inside/outside of microwave.
• Vacuum & mop all floors.
• Take out trash & recycling.
• Dust/Wipe doors and door handles.
• Clean window (interior).
• Dust/Wipe blinds.
• Exterior of windows ($7 dollars each)Bathrooms:
• Dust/Wipe all reachable surfaces.
• Wash & sanitize toilet.
• Scrub, wash and sanitize shower or
bathtub.
• Wipe light switches.
• Dust baseboards.
• Dust/wipe blinds.
• Dust light fixtures.
• Dust walls & remove cobwebs.
• Scrub, wash and sanitize sink.
• Dust and wash all counters.
• Polish shower & sink handles
• Dust & wipe all cabinets inside/outside
• Vacuum and mop all floors.
• Take out trash & recycling.
• Dust/Wipe doors and door handles.

With all of our cleaning packages you receive our 100% satisfaction guaranteed assurance. If you feel any of the areas covered in this service were not properly cleaned, just notify us within 24 hours and we will dispatch a crew to re clean those areas.
Move in/move outs are charged on an hourly rates which varies depending on the number of workers in the crew that is sent to clean the place. Currently $65 dollars per hour for a team of two Maids and $85 for a team of 3 Maids. Please call to verify this prices as they also vary depending on distance and day of the week.
Groupon, Amazon Local and Living Social special offers cannot be used for Move in or Move out cleaning.
